HealthWolters Kluwer provides scientific and industry information for professionals and students in medicine, nursing, health practices, pharmacy, and the pharmaceutical industry. Corporate & Financial ServicesWhile primarily a publishing business, Wolters Kluwer has financial services relating to tax and compliance.13 Tax, Accounting & Legal ProfessionalWolters Kluwer maintains a diverse set of legal professional services and publications. Legal EducationWolters Kluwer maintains an entire business practice devoted to legal education.17 That business has grown over the years through various acquisitions. These included the acquistion in 2001 of Emanuel Law Outlines 18 19 followed in 2002 by the aquisition of Casenotes, a Santa Monica legal studies publishing house. 20 These businesses continue to form an integral part of the student legal study aids available from Wolters Kluwer. 21.
